The terms and conditions set out below describe how we conduct our business through the site, they are subject to change and you should check for any such changes each time you visit this website.
General Information
This website is owned by Fabulosa South Africa. The images contained on the site are provided in good faith and are a fair reflection of the products being offered for sale. We cannot warrant the appearance and/or colours of products shown exactly replicate the appearance and/or colours of the physical products. All sizes and measurements are approximate, but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
Product, Payment and Price
The products described and offered for sale are intended for domestic use only. All prices listed in South African Rand(R) include VAT. All stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so please check your order before submitting payment. The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as shown when you place your order. Fabulosa RSA are entitled to make adjustments to the price due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. Fabulosa RSA will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the item or order. If Fabulosa RSA unable to fulfill part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. Fabulosa RSA is not accountable to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.
Payment
We accept payment by credit/debit cards: Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, PayFast. Fabulosa RSA will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated to your chosen method of payment. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been received. Once an order has been placed, Fabulosa RSA are not able to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to the order being dispatched.
Promotional Codes
From time to time Fabulosa RSA will offer promotional codes via our website or via email. All promotional codes will have an expiration date and time. Fabulosa RSA reserves the right to withdraw, restrict use of promotional codes, and restrict use of promotional codes in conjunction with one another. One promo code per customer per order.
Security Policy
Fabulosa RSA website is secured by secure sockets layer (SSL), ensuring all user information is encrypted before being sent across the internet. Fabulosa RSA does not store customer credit details on our website or servers.
Your Statutory Rights
As a consumer, there are certain rights implied into your agreement with us under South African law which we cannot exclude or limit (for example, those set out in the Consumer Protection Act, 2008). These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights as a consumer. Faulty Products
If the products that you purchase from us are faulty, or in your opinion not fit for the purpose in which you purchased them, you should advise us of this via the ‘contact us’ section within a reasonable time following delivery or within a reasonable time following discovery of the defect(s) which are not apparent to you on an initial inspection. Where you have purchased products which come with a manufacturers’ warranty, you should contact us and inform us of any defects in those products within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer (details of which are supplied with the products).
